Hello Members and soon to be members
We had a great 2018, that saw a number of changes in our training programmes and we definitely saw great results in all of our members (Even if they didn’t). 2019 is going to be a great year for training. We expect our numbers to grow and the workouts will just keep getting tougher and better.
We will re-open on Monday 7 Jan 2019. Our class structure is changing slightly. We are doing away with the 1.5 hour long sessions and in its place will be two x 1-hour sessions. This means that our Monday to Thursday classes will all have two 1-hour sessions 18:00 – 19:00 and 19:00 – 20:00.
