The Basement Gym is here for REAL people, those who want to put in the work so that they look good and have a ton of fun while doing it. Whatever your goals are, lean legs, super fitness, toned abs, boxing skills, we are able to help.

Classes start promptly

Members can arrive 10 minutes before to prepare.

Please bring your own towel

To keep the equipment free of sweat.

Fighters must have gum guards
